Job summary

IKM in Stord seeks an experienced offshore work package coordinator to develop and maintain detailed work orders in PIMS PES, aligning with engineering and commissioning teams. The role emphasizes safety, risk assessment, and adherence to HSSE standards.

The successful candidate will read and interpret P&IDs/ISO drawings, possess Norwegian language fluency and strong English skills, and be prepared for offshore mobility to support project deadlines through 2027.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in oil & gas, preferably within construction or commissioning.
• Familiarity with mechanical completion and commissioning completion processes and digital tools such as PIMS CMS or PIMS PES.
• Strong ability to interpret technical drawings (P&IDs, ISO).
• Fluency in Norwegian with good command of English, written and spoken.
• Willingness to meet offshore mobility requirements.
• Location: Stord, Norway.

• -Collaborate closely with engineering, planning, construction, and commissioning teams to ensure all prerequisites are met prior to execution.
• -Review safety aspects of planned work, identify risks, and ensure compliance with HSSE and project implementation models.
• -Identify opportunities to optimize work preparation processes and actively contribute to lessons learned.

Required expertise

• -Technical education (vocational or engineering degree) with a relevant trade certificate or equivalent experience.
• -Minimum of 5 years of experience in the oil & gas industry or related industry, preferably within construction or commissioning.
• -Familiarity with mechanical completion and commissioning completion processes and digital tools, such as PIMS CMS or PIMS PES.
• -Strong understanding of technical drawings (P&IDs, ISO) and ability to interpret technical documentation.
• -Fluency in Norwegian, with a good command of English, both written and spoken.
• -Experience in preparing mechanical work packages is considered an advantage.
• -Willingness to meet offshore mobility requirements.
