Job summary

EG is seeking a medical student to join their Healthcare AI team in Bergen, Norway, in a part-time role. The position involves curating medical language and validating AI content used by Norwegian GPs, with roughly 19 hours per week on an hourly basis.

You will collaborate with the product and development teams to refine medical vocabularies and datasets, ensuring content is accurate and useful for clinical practice.

Qualifications

• Medical student in study year 4 or higher.
• Fluent Norwegian in writing and speaking.
• Precise and structured work approach.
• Strong written communication skills.
• Able to work independently and in a team.
• Interest in health technology or AI is a plus.
• Can commit roughly 20% of time as hourly work.
• Based in Norway; occasional presence at Bergen office.

Responsibilities

• Curate medical language and quality-check AI content.
• Expand and validate Norwegian vocabularies for general practice.
• Create and quality-check 'golden cases' datasets for EG AI healthcare use cases.
• Contribute to specialty adaptations of EG's AI agents with the product team.
• Ensure AI-generated content is medically correct, clinically acceptable, and complete.
