DataAnnotation in Norway seeks an experienced bilingual professional fluent in Norwegian and English to help train AI models. You will craft realistic prompts, judge AI outputs with a native speaker's ear, and guide improvements in tone, idiom and cultural context.

You’ll work on translation, localization and language tasks across education, customer support and business content, with payments by the hour and tasks you choose on your schedule. Applicants must be based in Norway.

Formación

• Native or near-native fluency in Norwegian and English.
• Strong command of grammar, style, tone and register in both languages.
• Detail-oriented with ability to explain judgments clearly in writing.
• Experience in translation, interpretation, teaching, editing or bilingual professional work is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Write challenging, realistic prompts and conversations in Norwegian and English.
• Evaluate AI responses for accuracy, fluency, grammar, tone and register.
• Compare two AI responses and decide which performed better and where they fell short.
• Critique AI-generated translations, conversations, summaries and content, and explain reasoning clearly.
• Flag concrete failures with evidence (mistranslations, unnatural phrasing, cultural missteps).
• Contribute across translation/localization, conversation and support, writing/editing, and education tasks.
