Job summary

TwoScore - HSEQ Recruitment is seeking HSE Coordinators to join a major construction project in Kristiansand, Norway. You will provide day-to-day Health and Safety support on site, working closely with contractors and project teams to maintain high safety standards.

The role emphasizes site inspections, risk assessments, incident investigations, inductions and safety initiatives in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

3+ years of Health and Safety experience in construction, infrastructure, energy, industrial, engineering or another high risk sector.
Strong communication skills and confidence working with contractors and site teams.
A practical, hands on approach to Health and Safety.
The ability to work effectively within a fast paced project environment.

Responsibilities

Provide day to day Health and Safety support across the project.
Carry out regular site inspections, audits and safety observations.
Work closely with contractors and project teams to maintain safe working practices.
Review and support risk assessments, method statements and permit processes.
Support incident reporting, investigations and corrective actions.
Deliver and support inductions, toolbox talks and site safety initiatives.
Monitor contractor compliance and follow up actions.
Help drive a positive and proactive Health and Safety culture across the project.
