Huset Restaurant in Longyearbyen, Svalbard invites an experienced Head Waiter to lead the service team in an Arctic dining environment. You will ensure exceptional, guest-focused service, presenting menus and wine pairings with confidence, while collaborating closely with the kitchen and management teams to deliver seamless guest experiences.

We value leadership, a strong background in fine dining, and a passion for hospitality.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years of experience from fine dining restaurants.
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience.
• Strong food and wine knowledge.
• Experience from Michelin-starred or comparable restaurants is an advantage.
• High standards, attention to detail, and a guest-first mindset.
• A positive, collaborative approach to teamwork.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent English is required; Norwegian language skills are valued.
