Job summary

Wise is hiring a Senior Product Analytics Manager to lead analytics for our Online Platforms vertical. You’ll own metrics, set the analytics vision, and partner with product, engineering, operations, and commercial teams to shape product and go-to-market strategy.

You’ll manage a team from day one, driving high-impact insights and turning complex data into clear strategic recommendations. This is a high-autonomy, high-impact role in a fast-scaling environment.

Qualifications

• Experienced product analytics leader with a track record of building and scaling analytics teams.
• Experience in high-growth B2B tech and collaboration with product and enterprise sales teams preferred.
• Fintech/payments domain experience or strong interest to develop expertise.

Responsibilities

• Own the vertical’s growth and performance end-to-end with KPI definitions and deep-dive analyses.
• Lead product discovery and opportunity sizing to influence roadmaps and strategy.
• Build and scale a high-performing analytics function with reliable data models and self-serve reporting.
• Coach and develop a team of product analysts from day one.
• Partner with product, engineering, operations and commercial leadership to turn analyses into action.
