Job summary

Two is seeking a Head of Operations to drive operational excellence across payments, collections, and related financial processes while leveraging AI and automation to improve efficiency and decision-making. You will oversee cross-functional collaboration with finance, product, engineering, and customer support, shaping scalable processes and compliance as the company scales in FinOps and Collections.

• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Proactive and autonomous with ownership mindset.
• Comfortable leveraging AI tools, LLMs and automation platforms.
• Experience building and deploying autonomous agents or AI-driven platforms.
• Strong product-ops mindset bridging ops and tech.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration.
• Experience in startups, payments, or business lending is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and optimize core operational processes across payments, collections, and related functions.
• Develop, document, and refine operational policies and workflows for scalability.
• Identify and implement automation opportunities, including AI-powered solutions.
• Monitor KPIs and SLAs to ensure consistency and accountability across teams.
• Lead non-technical projects focused on operational or commercial improvements.
• Collaborate with finance, product, engineering, and customer support for seamless execution.
• Design, build, and deploy end-to-end AI agentic platforms to automate processes.
• Test and refine AI tools with product teams before scaling.
• Support agents with automation challenges to boost efficiency.
• Maintain compliance with laws and internal risk policies.
• Contribute to the broader operations strategy to deliver best-in-class experiences.
• Lead, manage, and upskill junior team members in AI-driven problem solving.
