Job summary

Norrøna Adventure AS in Oslo seeks a Norrøna Destinations Operations Manager to drive operational excellence across lodges and destination portfolio. You will establish SOPs, enforce P&L control, and lead multi-property teams with a hands-on leadership style.

Reporting to the Chief Experience Officer, you will optimise staffing, manage vendor contracts, ensure HSE compliance, and maximise margins while preserving the brand’s heritage.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership in multi-property hospitality or lodge operations.
• Experience managing property general managers/lodge managers with P&L accountability across multiple units.
• Strong commercial understanding of P&L control, budget management, and vendor negotiations.
• Familiarity with HSE regulations, food health & safety, liquor licensing, and facility maintenance.
• Fluency in English and a Scandinavian language (written and spoken).
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Establish, standardize, and enforce rigorous SOPs across all lodges and assets; conduct multi-unit audits.
• Provide leadership to lodge teams; set targets and conduct performance reviews to ensure compliance.
• Execute full P&L accountability across destination operations; monitor variances and margins.
• Direct multi-property vendor negotiations and procurement; enforce SLA and cost controls.
• Oversee facility maintenance, risk management, and compliance with health, safety and regulatory standards.
• Develop standardized workflows and training materials for consistent execution.
