Vertice, headquartered in London with global hubs, is scaling its procurement platform and seeking a UK Mid Market leader to own service delivery. You will partner with finance and procurement executives, building trust and actionable plans for Mid Market customers.

You will craft and communicate the UK Mid Market procurement vision, set ambitious goals for your team, and leverage Vertice's AI-powered insights to sharpen negotiation prep and speed up sourcing, while removing admin toil.

Qualifications

• Background in Strategic Sourcing, Project Management, Procurement, or Vendor Management.
• Strong understanding of the SaaS business model.
• Proven track record delivering for mid-sized customers.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Active experimentation with AI tools in workflows.

Responsibilities

• Develop and communicate a Mid Market UK procurement vision and strategy for the UK, setting and tracking performance across your team.
• Develop personalised procurement strategies for Mid Market accounts and build procurement playbooks that keep delivery consistent at scale.
• Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans, negotiate complex SaaS deals, and manage key SaaS partner relationships.
• Lead cross-functional teams to implement effective SRM strategies, balancing innovation with best practice across the supplier base.
• Use Vertice's agentic workflows and AI-driven insights to prioritise account research and remove manual admin from day-to-day.
