Job summary

BMS Performance Ltd. is seeking a hands‑on Purchasing & Supply Chain Manager in NW London to take ownership of end‑to‑end procurement, forecasting, production planning and logistics.

You will lead a small team and partner with senior management, QA, marketing and global suppliers to modernise processes with AI and automation. Ideally you bring healthcare or regulated industry experience, strong negotiation skills and a track record of implementing process improvements.

Qualifications

• Proven purchasing / supply chain management experience within healthcare, medical or pharmaceutical procurement.
• Experience managing a small team.
• Strong supplier management and negotiation skills.
• Experience improving processes and implementing automation or AI.
• CIPS and packaging/environmental compliance knowledge is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end supply chain including forecasting, procurement and production planning through to inventory, warehousing and logistics.
• Lead a small team and collaborate with senior management, QA, marketing and international partners and suppliers.
• Drive adoption of AI and automation to reduce manual effort and strengthen supplier resilience.
• Streamline purchasing, reconciliation and supplier resilience across markets
