Schneider Electric is seeking a dynamic leader to head Marketing and Pre-Sales for Infrastructure & Heavy Industry across the Nordic Baltic region. You will oversee Offer Management and Solution Architect Engineer teams, driving growth, customer engagement, and commercial excellence.

The role requires strategic thinking, strong leadership, and deep industry knowledge in energy management, automation, or digital energy solutions.

We are looking for a dynamic and strategic leader to head our Marketing and Pre-Sales organization for the Infrastructure & Heavy Industry segment across the Nordic Baltic region. The role leads both the Offer Management and Solution Architect Engineer (SAE) teams, driving market growth, customer engagement, solution development, and commercial excellence.

Whatyou'llbe Doing

• Define and execute the regional strategy for Infrastructure & Heavy Industry segments.
• Drive market growth, offer adoption, pricing excellence, and profitable business development.
• Lead the Offer Management team and manage offer lifecycle, launches, competitive positioning, and sales enablement.
• Lead the SAE organization and ensure customer requirements are translated into innovative, scalable, and low-risk technical architectures.
• Drive specification and prescription activities with customers, consultants, EPCs, and industry stakeholders.
• Support strategic opportunities and promote Schneider Electric EcoStruxure, software, and digital solutions.
• Develop market intelligence and provide actionable insights to sales and business leadership.
• Build, coach, and develop a high-performing, customer-centric team across the Nordic Baltic region.
• Manage talent development, performance management, succession planning, and employee engagement.
• Partner closely with Sales, Business Units, and country organizations to achieve growth objectives.

What Will Help You Succeed

• Strong leadership experience managing technical, marketing, or business development teams.
• Deep understanding of electrical distribution, energy management, automation, or digital energy solutions.
• Experience in Infrastructure, Utilities, Transportation, Data Centers, Mining, Water, or Heavy Industry markets.
• Strategic mindset combined with strong commercial and customer-facing capabilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent English; Nordic language skills are an advantage.
