Nedbank seeks an experienced Business Analysis professional to strengthen and evolve the BA capability across the organisation. The role is part of the ePABA Practice and focuses on standards, governance, quality assurance and thought leadership across BABOK knowledge areas.

Responsibilities include developing frameworks, governance processes, and QA mechanisms, while promoting modern BA practices such as AI-enabled analysis, design thinking and data-driven decision making.

Qualificações

• 10+ years Business Analysis experience.
• Experience building or improving BA standards and methods.
• Experience mentoring and coaching Business Analysts.
• Experience facilitating Communities of Practice.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and maintain BA frameworks, standards, methodologies and guidelines.
• Define and continuously improve BA governance processes.
• Establish quality assurance mechanisms for BA deliverables.
• Facilitate practice reviews and maturity assessments.
• Drive consistent adoption of BA standards across the organisation.
• Identify and introduce leading BA practices.
• Establish standards for discovery, requirements management, user stories, business rules, feature definition, acceptance criteria, backlog management, and solution assessment.
• Promote effective use of Jira, Confluence, Miro, BPMN, and AI-enabled analysis techniques.
• Drive adoption of modern BA practices including AI for BA, design thinking, journey mapping and digital prototyping.
