Job summary
If is undergoing a major transformation to modernize core insurance platforms and adopt Guidewire Cloud. The Business Analyst will bridge business and technology, translate needs into epics and stories, and partner with Product Managers, Architects and delivery teams to ensure scalable, value-driven solutions across the Nordic region.

Qualifications
- Experience with Guidewire InsuranceSuite is highly valued.
- Experience in complex transformation programs is relevant.
- Ability to translate business needs into clear epics, features and user stories.
- Fluency in English; Nordic language is an advantage.
Responsibilities
- Drive business analysis from idea to implementation.
- Refine epics, features and user stories with stakeholders.
- Facilitate workshops and align stakeholders across business and tech.
- Support backlog prioritization and value-driven decisions.
- Define acceptance criteria and contribute to testing.
- Identify dependencies across teams and systems.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of processes and platform capabilities.
