Job summary

Friends Hospitality Group is seeking a hands-on Head Chef to lead the kitchen at Delicatessen Aker Brygge in Oslo. The role involves leading daily kitchen operations, developing the kitchen team, and hands-on service, while ensuring food safety and cost controls.

Qualifications

• Relevant experience from a professional kitchen
• Experience as Head Chef, Sous Chef or similar
• Good understanding of kitchen operations and food cost
• Knowledge of food safety and IK-Mat
• Spanish cuisine experience is a plus, but not required
• Fluent in English or Norwegian

Responsibilities

• Lead the daily kitchen operation
