Delicatessen Aker Brygge is seeking a hands-on Head Chef to lead the kitchen and drive excellence in service and food quality. You will manage a busy operation, mentor staff and ensure consistency across daily service while upholding IK-Mat standards.

We value a structured, energetic leader who can collaborate with the General Manager and maintain a strong team culture in a high-volume setting.

Competenze

• Relevant experience from a professional kitchen.
• Experience as Head Chef, Sous Chef or similar.
• Good understanding of kitchen operations and food cost.
• Knowledge of food safety and IK‑Mat.
• Spanish cuisine experience is a plus, but not required.
• Fluent in English or Norwegian.

Mansioni

• Lead the daily kitchen operation.
• Manage and develop the kitchen team.
• Work hands-on during service.
• Manage staffing, schedules and ordering.
• Monitor food cost, inventory and waste.
