We are in need of an experienced and talented Head Chef to join our team at a luxury resort in Svalbard. As the Head Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing the kitchen operations and managing a team of chefs. Your main duties will include creating and designing menus, ensuring high-quality food preparation and presentation, managing inventory and budgets, and maintaining kitchen cleanliness and safety standards. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years experience as a chef, excellent leadership skills, and a strong passion for culinary arts. A degree or certification in culinary arts is preferred but not required. If you have a creative flair, strong organizational skills, and can thrive in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you! This role offers a competitive salary of $1400 per month with accommodation provided. Applicants must have the right to work in Svalbard.
