SeaLink seeks an Executive Chef for a luxury hotel in Svalbard, Norway. You will lead all aspects of food preparation, menu creation, staff management, and supplier ordering to deliver exceptional culinary experiences.

The role requires proven leadership in high-end kitchens, a passion for local ingredients, strong organizational and communication skills, and strict adherence to safety standards. This is a full-time position with a monthly salary of 1,300 USD.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as an Executive Chef or Sous Chef in a luxury hotel or high-end restaurant.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Creative approach to menu development with focus on local ingredients.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and procedures.

Responsibilities
