As Head Chef, you will oversee food preparation, train and mentor staff, manage inventory and food costs, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in a fast-paced, high-end setting in Bergen.

Qualifikationen

• Proven Head Chef or Executive Chef in a high-end dining environment.
• Deep knowledge of cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures.

• Maintain inventory levels and order supplies as needed to ensure efficient operations
• Manage food costs by creating cost-effective menus without compromising on quality
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations in the kitchen area

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Head Chef or Executive Chef in a high-end restaurant setting
• In-depth knowledge of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team
• Strong creativity and ability to develop unique menu items that align with our restaurant's concept

Salary:

We offer a competitive salary of 1700$ per month for this position.
