Esti, a leading aesthetic photo editing app, seeks a Growth Product Manager to own monetization, onboarding, and user activation strategies. You will connect UA creatives with user intent to drive purchases and engagement, shaping a deeply personalized journey across paid and free tiers.

Looking for 1.5–3 years in B2C mobile PM roles, experience with A/B testing, analytics, and AI tools. English and Russian are required, with a willingness to relocate to Montenegro as needed.

Qualifications

• 1.5–3 years of PM experience in B2C mobile apps.
• Hands-on A/B testing with pricing/paywall experiments.
• Strong product analytics skills and user funnel analysis.
• Understanding of performance marketing and creatives impact.
• Experience using AI tools in PM work.
• Required languages: English and Russian.

Responsibilities

• Drive ARPU and monetization initiatives, including paywalls and pricing tests.
• Design personalized onboarding paths aligned with user intent and acquisition sources.
• Lead end-to-end experimentation with backlog management and hypothesis prioritization.
• Collaborate with Marketing to optimize ROAS and CPI through product changes.
