Job summary

Changer is seeking a senior Growth Marketer to join a small, fast-moving team and own growth end-to-end—running campaigns, building and optimising funnels, and creating scalable systems and playbooks that drive revenue.

You'll lead channels including CRM, email, social, and campaigns, and work with partners to convert leads into enrolments or events, continually iterating to hit ambitious revenue targets.

Qualifications

• Proven success in growth/performance marketing or enrolments at 7-figure scale.
• Full growth stack ownership from acquisition to conversion to optimisation.
• Experience converting leads into high-ticket enrolments or event sales.
• Strong content instincts: turn outcomes and success stories into conversion-driving assets.
• Work effectively with contractors, VAs, and agencies to drive results.
• Sharp judgement and ready to experiment and iterate.

Responsibilities

• Own revenue and seat targets across all Changer programs and events including online cohorts of 50–100 participants, self-service courses, intimate in-person experiences, and scaled mass-participation IRL events
• Lead and execute our growth roadmap across channels, campaigns, and conversion funnels, aligned to revenue goals
• Personally run core growth channels including CRM, email, social, funnels, and campaigns
• Use the tools and levers you already know well, including promotions, affiliates, bundles, pricing, segmentation, and targeting
• Build systems and playbooks that scale
• Collaborate with the Changer team to influence Changer’s social and content strategy with a conversion lens
