Job summary

Yomeet App is hiring a Head of Growth to drive top-of-funnel growth across ASO, organic, paid channels and partnerships. You will own the acquisition engine, build the experimentation framework, and decide which channels to bet on for maximum impact.

You will lead hiring to scale the growth function and accelerate rapid testing and iteration to optimize the user funnel. This is a remote, full-time leadership role with a strong emphasis on data-driven decision making and cross-functional

Qualifications

• 5+ years driving growth for a consumer product
• Numerical intuition; you can argue with a regression and win
• Track record across at least three of ASO, paid social, paid search, organic, partnerships, referral, influencer

Responsibilities

• Own acquisition. ASO, organic, paid, partnerships.
• Build the experimentation framework, clean signal, fast iteration.
• Pick the channel bets that actually move the needle.
