Your Mission

As Group Controller, you will join our Group Finance team in a broad, hands-on role spanning financial controlling, FP&A and finance operations. Your work will cover areas such as cost controlling, reporting, forecasting, cash management and working capital.

You will work closely with colleagues across Finance and the business, taking ownership and contributing where needed. This is an opportunity to build on your accounting or audit experience, broaden your operational understanding and grow across several areas of finance.

Core Responsibilities

• Contribute to financial reporting, analysis and controls, ensuring reliable numbers and useful insights.
• Support cost controlling, budgeting and forecasting in certain areas in close dialogue with the business.
• Support with cash management, cash forecasting and working capital to support day-to-day financial operations.
• Contribute to effective operations around transfer pricing and inter-company financing; internal cost allocation, internal funding and other financial management on legal entity level
• Improve processes and ways of working, combining attention to detail with a practical, hands-on approach.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Accounting, Finance or similar.
• Strong experience (ideally a minimum of 3-5 years) in accounting, auditing or financial or business controlling, with a solid understanding of financial reporting and analysis. Big4 background is an advantage.
• An interest in moving closer to the business and developing broader experience in financial reporting and operations.
• Good Excel skills and confidence working with financial systems and data. Experience with Oracle Netsuite is an advantage.
• Good communication skills in English and the ability to collaborate across teams.

You bring a sound technical foundation and a willingness to learn; experience across every part of the role is not expected. Cash management and other operational finance activities offer opportunities to develop as you grow in the role.
