Hydro is seeking curious graduates to join the Analytics & Commercial Solutions team in Oslo, delivering data-driven insights and analytics across Finance, Sales, Logistics, Credit Management, Customer Technical Support, Technology, and IT. You will contribute to reporting, data models, and improvement projects from day one.

Ideal candidates hold a Master’s degree in Data Analytics or related fields and possess SQL/Python skills, plus Power BI and SAP Analytics Cloud experience.

AM Commercial aims to lead in low carbon aluminum, growth within recycling whilst ensuring Commercial profitability and competitiveness. In Business Solutions we work with enabling AM Commercials strategic goals by enabling improved work processes and IT systems. Our digital project portfolio spans across several departments from aluminum production to end customer sales. In Business Solutions we work closely with each department in the global Commercial organization, we are the bridge between business and IT, working with solution concepts, gathering requirements, and structuring the improvement work to align with the Commercial requirements and business processes.

• Proficiency in data manipulation languages (SQL or Python) and reporting tools (Power BI, SAP Analytics Cloud).
• Fluent English, both oral and written.
