Job summary

DeepOcean is seeking a Group Procurement Director to define and drive our global procurement agenda. You will shape strategy, governance and operating models while leading cross-regional teams and partnering with CFO, finance, operations and executives worldwide.

In this role you will drive cost savings, Total Cost of Ownership improvements and digital transformation, including AI-enabled procurement enhancements, ensuring sustainable value creation across regions and strategic supplier

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Finance or a related field.
Minimum 10 years in Senior Management/Executive director-level roles.
Global experience in Supply Chain Management.
Proven experience developing and implementing procurement strategies in complex international organizations.
Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement DeepOcean's global procurement strategy, governance framework and operating model
Drive cost savings and Total Cost of Ownership improvements while ensuring sustainable value creation
Lead category management and strategic sourcing initiatives across the organization
Negotiate and manage strategic supplier agreements and strengthen supplier performance
Drive procurement digitalisation, spend transparency and AI-enabled improvements
Ensure procurement compliance, risk management and sustainable sourcing practices
Partner with senior stakeholders across Finance, Operations and regional business units to deliver strategic priorities
