Job summary

DeepOcean is seeking a Group Procurement Director to define and drive our global procurement agenda. You will shape strategy, governance and operating models while leading cross-regional teams and partnering with CFO, finance, operations and executives worldwide.

In this role you will drive cost savings, Total Cost of Ownership improvements and digital transformation, including AI-enabled procurement enhancements, ensuring sustainable value creation across regions and strategic supplier

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Finance or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years in Senior Management/Executive director-level roles.
• Global experience in Supply Chain Management.
• Proven experience developing and implementing procurement strategies in complex international organizations.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.

• Partner with senior stakeholders across Finance, Operations and regional business units to deliver strategic priorities

As our new Group Procurement Director, you will define and drive DeepOcean's global procurement agenda. What background and expertise do you bring with you?

To be successful in this role, we believe you have:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Finance or a related field
• Minimum 10 years of Senior Management/Executive director-level role.
• Global experience in Supply Chain Management.
• Proven experience developing and implementing procurement strategies in complex international organizations
• Strong commercial, financial and contractual understanding
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal

It would be considered an advantage if you also have:

• Experience from offshore, subsea, oil & gas or renewable energy industries
• Experience leading procurement transformation and digitalisation initiatives
