Job summary

Ramboll Group in Oslo is seeking an experienced electrical engineering professional to lead a Power Systems team and guide client projects across the green transition. You will blend technical excellence with people leadership, delivering complex assignments in high-voltage, offshore wind, data centres and energy infrastructure while mentoring specialists.

You will work within Ramboll's international Power Systems network, building strong client relationships, coordinating multidisciplinary

Qualifications

• Master's degree in electrical engineering or power systems.
• Strong technical experience in Power Systems.
• Experience delivering complex technical projects.
• Leadership experience developing technical specialists.
• Strong client and stakeholder skills with excellent English proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of Power Systems specialists.
• Take an active role in technical and billable project delivery as a senior expert or project manager.
• Build and develop strong client relationships and contribute to opportunities.
• Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary projects and workstreams across Ramboll.
• Support development of Power Systems capabilities and cross-border collaboration.
