Job summary

DNV is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead a global payroll transformation across Europe, Asia, and the Americas. This two-year assignment focuses on implementing a common payroll solution and moving to a global managed payroll model.

You will own end-to-end project delivery, collaborating with Payroll Operations, GSS, Finance, IT and external vendors to keep the project on track and deliver successful outcomes across countries.

Qualifications

• Significant experience leading global payroll transformation across multiple countries.
• Hands-on experience with global payroll vendors and managed payroll service providers, including governance.
• Strong knowledge of end-to-end payroll operations, service delivery, controls, compliance, and data flows.
• Experience with complex country deployments: planning, data migration, testing, cutover, go-live, stabilization.
• Proven ability to lead global, cross-functional teams and influence senior stakeholders.
• Strong project governance, commercial awareness, risk management and problem-solving capabilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric mindset and cultural awareness.
• PM certification such as PMP, PRINCE2 or IPMA is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end global payroll transformation roadmap from planning to stabilization and handover to operations.
• Drive implementation of the global payroll vendor solution across countries.
• Coordinate delivery across HR Operations, Payroll, Process Experts, Global Process Owners, IT, Finance, Procurement and external vendors.
• Ensure global standards while meeting local payroll compliance and statutory requirements.
• Manage project plans, risks, budgets, governance and leadership reporting.
• Lead stakeholder engagement, communication and change management activities.
• Support testing, go-live, stabilization and handover to operations.
• Drive continuous improvement, standardization and operational excellence across payroll services.
