Job summary

DeepOcean is seeking a Group Offshore Services Director to shape our offshore capability globally, uniting personnel, vessels and equipment planning under a new Group function. You will report to the COO and work with regional leaders to harmonize processes and drive efficiency.

Successful candidates bring extensive offshore leadership experience, a strategic mindset for investments, and a proven track record in cross-regional governance.

Qualifications

15+ years in subsea or offshore industry with senior management roles.
Experience leading across regions in an international matrix organisation.
Background in offshore resource management and crewing.
Experience with ROV or other project equipment governance.
Strong commercial understanding incl. CAPEX and business cases.

Responsibilities

Establish the Group Offshore Services function and define ways of working with regions.
Lead Group-wide planning for offshore personnel capacity and demand.
Oversee investment planning for vessels and project equipment with CAPEX oversight.
Coordinate governance of rigging assets and maintain standard procedures.
Collaborate with Ship Management to align vessel and personnel planning.
Drive cost efficiency and global coordination with regional execution.
