Job summary

DeepOcean is seeking a Group Offshore Services Director to shape how the company plans, coordinates and invests in offshore capabilities across regions. You will unite offshore personnel, project equipment and investment planning, strengthening cost competitiveness and ensuring capabilities for the future.

You will report to the COO and sit from one of DeepOcean's main hubs, working with regional leaders to create common ways of working while maintaining global coordination and regional

Qualifications

• Higher education in engineering or related field preferred, extensive senior management experience may compensate

Responsibilities

• Establish the Group Offshore Services function and develop effective ways of working with the regions
• Lead Group-wide planning for offshore personnel, improving visibility of capacity and demand and prioritising internal resources where competence and requirements allow
• Develop plans for offshore capacity, recruitment and competence across the Group
• Provide Group-level governance for ROVs and other major project equipment, improving utilisation and coordinating deployment, maintenance and upgrades across regions
• Drive common systems, procedures and technical standards for offshore personnel and asset management
• Lead investment planning for vessels and project equipment, develop business cases and follow up CAPEX budgets and projects
• Bring regional leaders together to align priorities, resolve competing demands and deliver Group-wide improvements
• Work closely with the Ship Management Department to align vessel, equipment and personnel planning
