Job summary

AVEVA is seeking a Senior Solution Architect to lead architecture, solution design, and customer engagement for PI Data Infrastructure and AVEVA CONNECT Digital Twin initiatives. You will work with global teams to deliver scalable industrial data solutions.

You will translate business needs into robust architectures, mentor multidisciplinary teams, and act as a trusted advisor to customers and internal stakeholders during delivery. This is a hybrid role.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of relevant experience in solution architecture or industrial software.
• Deep experience with PI Data Infrastructure and AVEVA CONNECT Digital Twin.
• Strong industrial domain knowledge across energy, mining, utilities, chemicals, manufacturing or data centres.
• Proven ability to lead customer workshops and translate requirements into clear system designs.
• Ability to communicate effectively with IT, OT, plant leadership and business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead solution architecture, workshops, implementation planning, and technical design for PI Data Infrastructure and CONNECT Digital Twin programs.
• Engage with customers to gather requirements, manage stakeholders, and act as a trusted advisor for PI DI initiatives.
• Define architecture standards, templates, best practices, and rollout approaches for multi-site deployments.
• Collaborate with product management, services, sales, pre-sales, and delivery teams to shape customer value and identify new use cases.
• Mentor and guide multi-disciplinary teams, including engineers, developers, and domain experts.
