Qualifikationen

• 10+ years in enterprise data architecture, platforms, integration, governance and analytics, incl. 5+ years in Oil & Gas, Energy, Utilities, Mining, Chemicals or a similar safety-intensive sector.
• Strong knowledge of safety, risk, ESG, asset integrity, process safety, risk management and HSE.

Aufgaben

• Lead the design and governance of a trusted, scalable and AI-ready data ecosystem for safety and sustainability across IT/OT and engineering domains.
• Own the Data Readiness for AI framework with measurable standards for quality, metadata, semantics, lineage, governance and AI trustworthiness.
• Architect cloud-native lakes, lakehouses, data mesh, streaming and metadata capabilities aligned to business priorities.
• Create AI-ready foundations using metadata, semantic models, knowledge graphs, lineage, governance and retrieval mechanisms.
• Unify HSE, ESG, process safety, asset integrity, regulatory data and incidents across IT/OT systems with a common information model.
• Establish lifecycle governance covering ownership, stewardship, quality, retention, privacy, security and regulatory compliance.
• Operationalize profiling, validation, monitoring, issue management and remediation across critical data products.
• Apply security by design: encryption, masking, zero-trust access; collaborate with cybersecurity teams.
• Mentor architects and engineers; align data strategy with business value and drive governance.
