Job summary

Havas Media Group is seeking a Global Growth Planning Director to deliver best-in-class planning for Global pitches. You will lead full-funnel planning across markets and collaborate with strategy, activation, creative, and analytics teams to drive client outcomes.

You will influence local market teams, manage global frameworks, and partner with Converged.AI to push innovative planning methodologies in a fast-paced pitch environment.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in a senior media planning role at global or multi-market level.
• Leading media planning responses in new business pitches with client presentations.
• Developing and implementing full-funnel media strategies linking brand, performance, and business outcomes.
• Experience working in a matrix organization with diverse teams (Strategy, Data, Analytics, E-commerce, Creative).

Responsibilities

• Global Client Growth: Be the Global Planning Lead or support for international new business pitches, from submissions to client presentations.
• Planning Quality Control & Local Market Connectivity: own briefing and reviews of media plans for Global pitch responses; design global planning frameworks.
• Innovation & Integration: support the vision/roadmap for HMN planning craft; collaborate on tools, processes and partner engagement.
