Job summary

EY is seeking a Digital Content Project Manager to plan, coordinate and deliver digital content initiatives across ey.com and related platforms. The role focuses on modernizing content operations through AI, automation and technology-enabled delivery models to improve efficiency and scalability.

You will lead cross-functional teams across regions, translate priorities into structured project plans and ensure governance and quality throughout the content lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Experience managing digital content initiatives in a complex global environment.
• Strong knowledge of the digital content lifecycle, including governance and publishing.
• Experience leveraging AI, automation and emerging technologies to improve efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end delivery of digital content initiatives.
• Develop and maintain project plans, delivery schedules, milestones, dependencies and reporting.
• Coordinate delivery across regional teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment.
• Monitor progress, risks, issues and dependencies, driving resolution and escalation.
• Support the application of editorial, taxonomy, compliance and content governance standards.
