Job summary

Omega Media seeks a Content Specialist to drive global content strategy and execution across digital and offline channels. You will collaborate with teams across countries, ensuring brand consistency and impactful storytelling to support growth and lead generation.

The role blends writing, visual content, and campaign production, with a hands-on approach to creating articles, videos, and campaign materials. Hybrid work is possible, with an office in Vestby/Oslo.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, journalism, business, or related field.
• 2-5 years in content marketing, communications, photo/film, SoMe and/or digital marketing, preferably B2B.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute the company's global content strategy across all digital and offline channels.
• Plan, create and publish engaging content for campaign landing pages, newsletters, social media, and internal channels.
• Produce and coordinate content formats including articles, landing pages, customer cases, campaigns, video, photography, graphics.
• Develop compelling stories and concepts that strengthen brand awareness.
• Create and optimize campaign materials that support lead generation, sales activities, and customer engagement.
• Lead the design and production of marketing materials for digital and print channels, ensuring brand consistency and high visual quality.
• Act as system owner for content production and digital asset management platforms (Imageshop, Adobe CC, Canva, Storykit).
• Develop and maintain marketing templates, including ads, one-pagers, newsletters.
• Ensure consistent messaging, visual identity, and brand standards across markets and channels.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, country teams, and external agencies to deliver content for growth and engagement.
• Measure content performance and continuously improve effectiveness based on insights.
