Job summary

Charlotte Tilbury Beauty is looking for a Digital Content Assistant to bring magic online. You will support content launches, activations, and daily updates, ensuring accuracy and engaging customer journeys. You’ll work with Digital Content and E-commerce Trade teams to deliver timely assets and localized content.

You'll contribute to landing pages for campaigns, maintain policy pages, and help optimise content for commercial performance across multiple markets.

Qualifications

• Educated to degree level.
• 1+ year experience in Digital/E-commerce.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, changing environment.
• Ability to prioritise tasks and manage time.

Responsibilities

• Support CMS activity as a superuser for website and app content.
• Lead PDP/PLP setup for new product launches and activations.
• Localise site areas for international markets with the translation team.
• Update app home and shop pages across locales with engaging content.
• Ensure assets are uploaded to CMS on time for campaigns and launches.
• Create landing pages aligned with campaigns and business needs.
• Refresh help pages to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Assist monthly site/app audits for rights and freshness.
• Collaborate with eCommerce Trade to optimise content for performance.
