Job summary

Oda is seeking full-time Drivers in Norway to deliver groceries to customers, load and unload goods, and maintain the delivery van. Morning and evening shifts are available, with one weekend per month and a 35.5-hour rotational schedule.

You’ll join a fast-moving team and play a key role in creating a seamless customer experience. You’ll report to Driver Operating Managers, bring groceries to doors, and help onboard new colleagues while keeping safety and efficiency a priority.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid driving license (Class B) for at least 2 years
• Good communication skills in English; Norwegian is a plus
• Comfortable with physically demanding work

Responsibilities

• Deliver groceries to customers and ensure top-notch service
• Handle loading and unloading of deliveries
• Maintain the delivery van and keep it clean and ready for use
• Assist in onboarding and training new colleagues
• Contribute ideas to improve routines and ways of working
• Report to Driver Operating Managers and Team Leaders at the site
