Job summary

SoftPeak is seeking a capable Full-Stack Engineer with a strong backend focus to design scalable software solutions, mentor teammates, and ensure successful project execution. You will collaborate from planning to deployment, delivering high-quality results.

Requirements include 3+ years of experience, expertise in Node.js/Nest.js/React, and a product-oriented mindset. Office / Remote flexibility is offered, with opportunities for growth within the team.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in software development with focus on advanced web-based solutions.
• Strong expertise in Node.js, Nest.js, Webpack, React, PostgreSQL, Redis, and GraphQL.
• Proficiency in designing scalable and secure software architectures.
• Experience with defining, evaluating, and integrating third-party APIs and services.
• Strong knowledge of testing methodologies, including unit, integration, and performance testing.
• Familiarity with modern frontend and backend frameworks.
• Experience with monitoring and optimizing production applications, ensuring high performance and uptime.
• A product-oriented mindset with a practical approach to solving real-world challenges.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills to work effectively within a team and with stakeholders.
• English Level: Upper-Intermediate or higher, with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively in written and spoken formats.

• Ensuring Software Quality: Implement rigorous testing practices, including unit testing, integration testing, and performance testing, to ensure the delivery of robust and reliable software solutions.
• Mentorship and Knowledge Sharing: Mentor junior developers, foster a collaborative environment, and share technical insights to promote team growth and success.
