Job summary

Bezep Solutions is seeking a seasoned Full Stack Developer to join a hybrid team in Prishtina. You will own core features across the stack, from frontend UI to backend infrastructure, and collaborate closely with Product Managers and Designers to transform Figma designs into production-ready code.

You will work with React, Python, and Java, contribute to internal Admin Interfaces, and ensure pixel-perfect UI across the product while maintaining the company’s WordPress-based marketing site.

Qualifications

• Must have strong React frontend experience and proven backend capabilities in Python and Java.
• Experience with Next.js and Figma for translating designs into production code.
• Familiarity with WordPress maintenance and customization is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end development of features across the full stack, delivering high performance UX.

Full Stack Developer

Responsibilities

• End-to-End Ownership: Build, refine, and maintain core features across the full stack, ensuring a polished, high-performance user experience.
• Core & Internal Systems: Develop and optimize both the company's main application and internal Admin Interfaces (including user management and billing systems).
• Pixel-Perfect UI: Implement high-fidelity UI/UX, ensuring pixel-perfect execution of product designs down to the smallest detail.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Product Managers and Designers, translating Figma designs into seamless production code.
• Teamwork & Quality Assurance: Collaborate closely with an additional developer and the QA team to ensure smooth integration, high code quality, and flawless deployment.
• Robust Back-End Development: Design and maintain significant, sensitive, and secure back-end logic and infrastructure.
• Website Maintenance: Take responsibility for maintaining and updating the company's marketing website, built on WordPress.
• AI-Driven Delivery: Leverage AI tools effectively to accelerate the development lifecycle and optimize delivery speed without compromising quality.

Requirements

• Experience: 8+ years of proven experience as a Full-Stack Developer, with a strong and balanced track record in both Frontend and Backend development.
• Frontend Expertise: Deep, significant experience with React (experience with Next.js is a plus).
• Backend Mastery: Significant and hands-on experience with Python and Java, with the ability to handle complex and sensitive architecture.
• Design-to-Code Excellence: Proven ability to deliver pixel-perfect UI with a sharp eye for detail, and extensive experience working with Figma.
• Web CMS: Practical experience with WordPress maintenance and customization.
• Collaboration Skills: Excellent team player with a proven track record of working effectively alongside other developers, QA engineers, and product stakeholders.
• Mindset: A fast deliverer, highly adaptable, with a strong proficiency in utilizing AI engineering tools to boost productivity.
