Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in software development with focus on advanced web-based solutions.
• Strong expertise in Node.js, Nest.js, Webpack, React, PostgreSQL, Redis, and GraphQL.
• Proficiency in designing scalable and secure software architectures.
• Experience with defining, evaluating, and integrating third-party APIs and services.
• Strong knowledge of testing methodologies, including unit, integration, and performance testing.
• Familiarity with modern frontend and backend frameworks.
• Experience with monitoring and optimizing production applications, ensuring high performance and uptime.
• A product-oriented mindset with a practical approach to solving real-world challenges.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills to work effectively within a team and with stakeholders.
• English Level: Upper-Intermediate or higher, with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively in written and spoken formats.

Responsibilities

• Backend Architecture Design: Architect, develop, and maintain scalable and secure backend systems that meet both current and future project requirements.
• Third-Party Integration: Identify, evaluate, and seamlessly integrate third-party APIs and services to expand and enhance product functionality.
• Full-Stack Development: Build and integrate frontend components with backend systems to deliver a cohesive and seamless user experience.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with designers, developers, and stakeholders to define objectives, set expectations, and align efforts with product goals.
• Ensuring Software Quality: Implement rigorous testing practices, including unit testing, integration testing, and performance testing, to ensure the delivery of robust and reliable software solutions.
• Mentorship and Knowledge Sharing: Mentor junior developers, foster a collaborative environment, and share technical insights to promote team growth and success.
• Exploring New Technologies: Stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies, integrating innovative tools and techniques into the development process to maintain competitive advantages.
