Job summary

We are seeking a talented Full-Stack Developer to join our software team in Longyearbyen Svalbard. The role involves building and maintaining front-end and back-end systems for our web applications.

Qualifications

We are in search of a talented and driven Full-Stack Developer to join our software development team in Longyearbyen Svalbard.

As a Full-Stack Developer you will be responsible for developing and maintaining both front-end and back-end systems to support our companys web applications.

Our ideal candidate should have experience with a variety of programming languages and frameworks as well as strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design develop and maintain web applications from concept to deployment
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including designers product managers and other developers to deliver high-quality software solutions
• Write clean efficient and scalable code using various programming languages such as JavaScript HTMLCSS Java Python etc
• Implement front-end designs into functional web pages with a mobile-first approach
• Develop and maintain APIs for seamless data exchange between the front-end and back-end systems
• Troubleshoot issues and bugs reported by users or identified through testing
• Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in web development to continuously improve our products

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent work experience
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Full-Stack Developer or similar role
• Proficient in front-end technologies such as HTMLCSS JavaScriptjQuery BootstrapReactjs
• Experience with back-end frameworks such as Nodejs Django or Laravel
• Knowledge of database management systems MySQLMongoDB
• Familiarity with version control systems Git
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think creatively
• Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members

Additional Skills (preferred but not required)

• Experience working in an AgileScrum environment
• Familiarity with cloud services AWSAzureGoogle Cloud
• Knowledge of cross-platform development and responsive design
• Experience with mobile application development
