Job summary

Grow You Corp is seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Developer to join our team. You’ll develop robust web applications, collaborating with UI/UX designers, product managers, and other developers to translate business requirements into scalable solutions.

You'll work across front-end and back-end stacks using React, Node.js, Express, and databases like MongoDB or MySQL, ensuring secure, high-performance software. Remote or hybrid options available to support work-life balance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• 3+ years of experience as a Full Stack Developer, with a strong portfolio of web applications developed using JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and frameworks like React, Node.js, and Express.
• Proficiency in front-end and back-end development, with experience in databases such as MongoDB, MySQL, or similar.
• Experience with RESTful API development, and working knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud) is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to write clean, well-documented code.

Responsibilities

• Design, Develop, and Optimize Full-Stack Web Applications: Use modern technologies to build scalable and user-friendly web applications, ensuring seamless functionality across both front-end and back-end systems.
• Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with UI/UX designers, product managers, and other developers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Write Clean, Maintainable Code: Develop high-quality, efficient code using frameworks like React, Node.js, and MongoDB, and ensure the applications are optimized for performance and scalability.
• Manage Databases and APIs: Design and implement RESTful APIs, manage database architectures (SQL/NoSQL), and ensure secure data management and integration.
• Troubleshoot and Debug Applications: Identify, diagnose, and resolve technical issues efficiently, while continuously improving the codebase and development process.

• Knowledge of security best practices, ensuring data protection and secure coding practices in web applications.
• Understanding of Agile development methodologies, with experience working in Scrum teams to deliver timely, high-quality projects.
