Job summary

Radisson Blu Scandinavia, Oslo is seeking a Night Receptionist to join our front office team. You will handle guest check-in and check-out, ensure a secure and high-quality guest experience, and act as the welcome ambassador during night hours.

You bring a patient, service-minded attitude, strong communication skills in Norwegian and English, and flexibility to work nights. Experience is beneficial but not essential as training is provided.

• You will be our guests’ superhero ensuring all aspects of the guest journey and experience are anticipated and delivered to the highest level
• You will exude patience, empathy and have the personality to host the show
• As an integral part of the team, you will work proactively to ensure guest satisfaction and the smooth running of the front office department

Qualifications

• Flexibility and a positive, Yes I Can! Attitude
• An eye for detail
• Strong proficiency in English and Norwegian (written and spoken) is required
• Is a creative problem-solver.
• Passionate about creating extraordinary service.
• Ability to work as part of a team to ensure guest satisfaction.
