Job summary

Radisson Blu Scandinavia Oslo is seeking a Night Receptionist for an 85% position to join our front office team. In this role you will ensure a seamless and secure guest experience during night hours, going beyond simple check-in/check-out with a focus on hospitality and guest satisfaction.

You will be the guests' first point of contact, delivering exceptional service with patience and a welcoming manner, while collaborating with the night team to maintain security and smooth operations.

• Strong proficiency in English and Norwegian (written and spoken) is required
• Is a creative problem-solver.

• Likes having fun at work
• Experience in a similar position is beneficial but not essential
