Job summary

Mount Juliet Estate, a Marriott Autograph Collection, is a 5* resort seeking hospitality professionals for a busy restaurant/bar environment. You must be fluent in English, with excellent communication and customer service skills, and able to multitask in a team or independently.

Knowledge of whiskeys, wines and cocktails is highly valued, along with a passion for guest experiences. Role requires full-time availability from September onwards.

• Previous experience working in a busy restaurant and/or bar environment is essential.
• Must be available to work Full-Time from September onwards.
• Fluent English and excellent communication skills.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Good organisational skills and the ability to multitask.
