Radisson Hotel Group is seeking Food & Beverage Hosts for an Extra contract across our Food & Beverage department. You will be trained across multiple weeks and learn Radisson standards while serving across breakfast, bar, and restaurant settings.

Qualifications

• Experience in food & beverage service is beneficial but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Supports the smooth running of the food & beverage department, where all aspects of the guest food & beverage service experience are delivered to the highest levels.
• Works as part of a team that maximizes guest satisfaction and comfort, delivering a positive and timely response to guest enquiries.
• Takes responsibility for the duties and tasks assigned to the role, ensuring that all work is carried out in a timely and professional manner.
• Delivers on departmental plans and objectives, where hotel initiatives & targets are achieved.
• Collaborates with their immediate report, ensuring that costs and inventory are controlled, that productivity and performance levels are attained.
• Builds and maintains effective working relationships whilst promoting the company culture and values.

We are currently looking to build a team of Food & Beverage Hosts to work on an Extra contract across our Food & Beverage department. This will include working at breakfast, in the bar, serving in our restaurant and working across many different types of meetings and events. You will be trained in all areas of service, giving you the skill and opportunity to work in a huge variety of roles. As a Food & Beverage Host, you will join a team of new recruits in a comprehensive training program across multiple weeks, learning not just the skills you need for the role, but learning all things Radisson, and getting to experience many different facets of the hotel industry.
