We are currently looking to build a team of Food & Beverage Hosts to work on an Extra contract across our Food & Beverage department. This will include working at breakfast, in the bar, serving in our restaurant and working across many different types of meetings and events. You will be trained in all areas of service, giving you the skill and opportunity to work in a huge variety of roles. As a Food & Beverage Host, you will join a team of new recruits in a comprehensive training program across multiple weeks, learning not just the skills you need for the role, but learning all things Radisson, and getting to experience many different facets of the hotel industry. For those who want a job with diversity, variety, and a focus on learning new skills, please note that these positions are long‑term, and due to the intensive training plan, we can not accept anyone looking for a short‑term or seasonal position.

• Supports the smooth running of the food & beverage department, where all aspects of the guest food & beverage service experience are delivered to the highest levels
• Works as part of a team that maximizes guest satisfaction and comfort, delivering a positive and timely response to guest enquiries
• Takes responsibility for the duties and tasks assigned to the role, ensuring that all work is carried out in a timely and professional manner
• Delivers on departmental plans and objectives, where hotel initiatives & targets are achieved.

• Collaborates with their immediate report, ensuring that costs and inventory are controlled, that productivity and performance levels are attained
• Builds and maintains effective working relationships whilst promoting the company culture and values.
• Ensures adherence and compliance to all legislation where due diligence requirements and best practice activities are planned, delivered and documented for internal and external audit, performing follow‑up as required
