Job summary

Mount Juliet is seeking a skilled bartender to join our luxury hospitality team. The role is full-time and on-site, with a focus on delivering exceptional guest service in a fast-paced environment.

You should have strong knowledge of spirits, wine, and beer, plus cash handling and POS experience. We offer accommodation off-site and a minibus to the workplace, international hotel discounts, staff meals, uniforms, and ongoing training and development.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a bartender or in a similar hospitality environment.
• Experience within a luxury hotel, restaurant or leisure environment is an advantage.
• Excellent knowledge of spirits, wine and beer.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Accurate and responsible cash-handling skills.
• Familiarity with POS systems.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
• Flexible availability, including weekends and public holidays.
• Basic Food Hygiene Certificate is desirable.
• Must be available to work Full-Time.
