Ikm Gruppen AS is seeking a seasoned planning and procurement coordinator in Florø, Norway. The role involves coordinating planning schedules with stakeholders, registering demand, and creating SAP material numbers.

You will prepare, process, and manage RFPs with suppliers and generate purchase requisitions from approved RFPs. Responsibilities include monitoring production progress, ensuring material readiness with logistics, and maintaining the planning tool.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in supply chain, logistics, finance, or economics is required.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant contracting experience.
• Cost-conscious mindset with strong integrity and proactiveness.
• Excellent written and spoken English and Norwegian.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate planning schedules with all involved stakeholders.
• Register new demand entries and create SAP material numbers.
• Prepare, process, and manage RFPs with suppliers.
• Generate purchase requisitions based on approved RFPs.
• Monitor production progress and conduct follow-up meetings with suppliers.
• Track readiness of materials for delivery with logistics teams.
• Oversee development and maintenance of the planning tool.
• Interface with internal teams (Wells, PFMs, logistics) and suppliers.
