Job summary

Connex Education Partnership is recruiting an Early Years Practitioner in Colliers Wood, London. The role offers flexibility, a five-day-a-week schedule, and a chance to work across baby, toddler and pre-school rooms, supporting children in a nurturing setting.

You will plan play-based activities, work with nursery staff, and help children develop confidence, creativity and independence while adhering to safeguarding policies.

Qualifications

• Minimum Level 3 qualification in Early Years.
• Previous early years experience essential.
• Paediatric First Aid desirable.
• Willingness to complete enhanced DBS check and provide references.

Responsibilities

• Plan and participate in engaging play-based activities and educational programmes.
• Support staff and children across nursery rooms.
• Encourage learning, development and independence through positive interaction.
• Maintain a clean, organised and welcoming nursery environment.
• Follow nursery policies and safeguarding procedures.
• Collaborate with colleagues to support each child's individual needs.
