Job summary

Guardian Childcare & Education is seeking an Educator at Forde to inspire young minds in a warm, supportive environment. You will work with a team of passionate educators and a centre manager, delivering quality early childhood learning in a purpose-built space.

The role focuses on implementing the 'To BE Me' program, engaging children through structured activities, and communicating milestones with families. A rotating roster and aligned WWVP checks are required.

Qualifications

• Completion of the national mandatory Child Protection training via the GECCKO platform.
• Certificate 3 in Early Childhood Education or Diploma (or working towards it).
• Availability to work between 7am-6pm, Monday to Friday, with a rotating roster.
• Current Working with Children Check (WWVP for ACT).

Responsibilities

• Access to great resources in learning spaces and support from a Centre Manager.
• Share children’s milestones and wow moments with their families.
• Bring Guardian’s ‘To BE Me’ learning program to life.
• Ongoing learning in a collaborative team.
